Several tornadoes were reported to have hit a number of areas in the Yogyakarta Special Region, Joja this afternoon. In the Sleman Regency area, a tornado was reported to have hit Kapanewon Berbach.
“Yes, there was a tornado. Three Sleman BPBD TRC vehicles arrived at Burba\'s location. Entrance to the village of Sendantirto,” said Bambang Kuntoro, head of logistics and emergencies at the Slemana Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD).

Bambang detailed that the impact of the tornado caused some damage. All incidents have now been resolved after TRC Sleman BPBD and residents worked together to clean up the remains of the tornado.
