Another major storm is on the way as the month draws to a close, threatening to disrupt transportation and power across parts of the province on Wednesday and Thursday. Parts of the province will experience a messy mix of sleet, ice, heavy snow and rain. Places could see it for up to 12 hours, potentially leading to power outages and slippery surfaces. Amidst the mess will be a short warm-up for the south Thursday, depending on the timing of the front. More on what\'s to come below.

The storm track favors rain, snow, sleet and ice pellets, as well as a short warm-up. Many regions that saw ice build-up last Wednesday will see it again.
Meanwhile, heavy rain is set to hit again, but this time China seems to have escaped the worst. Still, this is a region that already retains an impressive snowpack, and these additional amounts are only going to pile up.
